The guitarist, who toured with Benny Green and travelled the world with Freddy Cole, stopped into Morning Jazz with bassist Adam Olszewski, pianist Luther Allison and drummer Quincy Davis to play tunes from the new recording, Common Notes (Detroit Music Factory), which they’re celebrating tonight and tomorrow night at Smalls in New York.
