CD review: Ronnie Cuber: Live at Montmartre 2018: Sound, Video

We also get some well-made editions of Toots Thielemann Bluesette, Charlie Parker’s Au Privave, Miles Davis’ Four and Horace Silvers Silver’s Serenade. Lauritsen delivers masterpiece on Hammond organ. There is more classical jazz than souljazz in the quartet. Andreas Svendsen is another delight in the drums, where he with a profit and charm serves a stable swing.
