Get to know about the details of the personal life of Joey DeFrancesco:

He is survived by his wife, Gloria DeFrancisco, who is also a musician and also served as a manager. She used to handle all his media and public relations. The couple tied the knot in 2011 and celebrated their 10th anniversary last year when Joey posted a heartfelt message for Gloria.

The message read that he (Joey) is blessed to have such an incredible woman (Gloria) in his life. She is amazing in every way, and spending the last ten years of his life with her was more than good; it was great. A Philadelphia-based magazine also interviewed the couple in 2019 about their plans.

Early life details of Joey:

Joey was born in 1971 in Springfield, Pennsylvania; he had a natural talent for music because he had three generations of musicians in his blood, which means he was born in a family with three generations of musicians.

His birth name was Joseph DeFrancesco; it was given to him in honor of his grandfather, a Jazz musician who also used to play saxophone and clarinet.

He started his music journey at the age of four, and by the time he reached five, he could play the songs of Jimmy Smith with high precision.

Joey died an untimely death on 25 August, and the cause behind his sudden demise is not known, a lot of his fans are curious to know the cause, but we currently do not have any info about it.

I had two wonderful interviews with him, which I will present in the coming days. They are on the website, you can find and read them without having to bring them up.
